I started at We Are Group in January 2020 when everything was still "normal". I can tell you this has been a hell of a ride, but I have been learning new things everyday and have been supported by everyone I work with. WAG is a tightly knit group of friends who decide to be there for each other every single day. I'm so proud to be part of this team.

I have a background in developing my skills in organization culture, coaching leadership, compensation, recruiting, onboarding and much more by being HR Manager and a part of the executive board in EMMA -Espoo Museum of Modern Art. Even though EMMA and WAG might seem very different they both have similar mission: to change the ways of doing things on its field and thrive to be even better tomorrow.

I am truly excited to be able to contribute on making We Are Group the best workplace in the restaurant business, not only in Finland but in Europe.
